Lisa Hathorn's first children’s book No! Never! (Hachette Australia) a cautionary tale was the 2021 Children’s Book Council of Australia’s Early Childhood Book of the Year. Lisa has now formed Lisa Hathorn Productions, a multi-media house, with a passionate advocacy for universal literacy and quality entertainment. She believes literature and good television can promote peace, and is integral in deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Lisa lives and writes in Sydney with her two daughters.
Hadia Moir
Digital Strategist LHP
Hadia Moir is a Digital Strategist and Producer, collaborator and a proud South-Sudanese Australian woman. She currently studies a double degree of a Bachelor of Media and Communications and Bachelor of Marketing and Media, majoring in PR and social media at Macquarie University. Hadia has a fierce passion for expression and connection through story telling. She believes in success through creativity.
Libby Hathorn
Author | Poet
Libby Hathorn is a writer, poet and librettist. She has won numerous awards both overseas and in Australia including the Lady Cutler Award, 2020, and the ABIA Pixie O’Harris Award, 2022, for outstanding services to children’s literature. Her latest picture books; No! Never! (Hachette Australia), with daughter Lisa, won the CBCA Early Childhood Children’s Picture Book of the Year, 2021; and Mother Earth (Hachette Australia) 2023 which celebrates our unique Australian environment. Incredibilia is to be a stage show of 17 of Libby's picture books to be performed in 2024. She lives and breathes poetry.
