Lisa Hathorn's first children’s book No! Never! was the 2021 Children’s Book Council of Australia’s Early Childhood Book of the Year.
No! Never! has won a swathe of commendations and awards; shortlisted for the Panda Awards (International Schools China), shortlisted KOALA and YABBA and KROC Children’s Award, Winner of the CBCA Picture Book of the Year 2021, Winner of the Society of Women Writers’ Awards, 2022.
