Ambition, and women.

Ambitious; having or showing a strong desire and determination to succeed.

Among the most looked up to females in my life, there is a common denominator. That thing in common is pure ambition. At my age (19), being a part of a generation, which contrasts so deeply from the generation before us, I struggle to resonate and find people who are likeminded or have a drive like mine. I have not always been as driven as I am now, but more important to that, it is how I have become driven, how I have grown myself and my mindset to be ambitious.

Particularly in women, from the ones close to me, I have learned ambition is a key in achieving, whether that be career or personal success. I think strength that all females have is something very powerful. Of course, all females have their faults, like any human, over time these faults become our best friends.

They become an opportunity for growth.

Another thing I have learned is the weight most women put onto themselves is where failure can arise. It certainly does for myself, and many I know. Sometimes, we are doing enough! I believe having a lack of courage in yourself, taking RISK, and understanding those risks is how you slowly begin to benefit.
